Burnham Physiotherapy Clinic has over 20 years experience in treating spinal and joint pain as well as muscle, tendon, soft tissue and sports injuries. The clinic is situated in a private house in the centre of Burnham with easy access and parking outside. It has a fully equipped single bed treatment room with an adjacent waiting area, both of which are on the ground floor.

Margie Bell has been the sole owner and practitioner of the clinic for over 10 years. Qualified in 1967, Margie gained invaluable experience working for the National Health Service. The last 15 years of which were spent working in the Physiotherapy out patients department as a Senior Physiotherapist and later as a Superintendent. Margie is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Health Professions Council, the OCPPP and the AACP.

Treatments at the clinic include mobilisations, manipulations, stretch and exercise advice, massage, electrotherapy and acupuncture. Ergonomic advice is also given and balance and core stability work undertaken. Common problems treated are: arthritis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, disc problems, sciatica, neck problems such as whiplash, tendon and muscle sprains, head aches, foot disorders, heel pain, forefoot pain, achilles problems and tennis elbow.

The Burnham Physiotherapy Clinic is registered with all major medical insurance companies including: BUPA, Axa PPP, Norwich Union, Standard Life Healthcare, BCWA, WPA and Cigna. Treatment prices vary but assessments start at £35, appointments thereafter £30 and home visits from £45.
